Legal information
What we collect, why, for how long, and what you may demand of it.
Three things only, and always because you gave them to us.
Your address is used to send you the letter, and nothing else. Every send carries an unsubscribe link that stops future emails. Unsubscribing keeps your address and its deactivation date in the database; contact us to request their deletion.
Form content is used to handle your request. It is kept for the length of the exchange, then archived or deleted depending on whether it led to a publication or a contract.
Traffic counters carry no identifier: by construction they cannot be attached to a person, and are kept without time limit.
The newsroom, from the password-protected admin area. And the technical providers that make the site work:
These providers process the data on our behalf and on our instructions. Their servers being outside Côte d'Ivoire, your data travels there.
Act No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data grants you, over data concerning you, a right of access, rectification, objection and deletion.
To exercise them, write to us: contact details are in the legal notice. We answer within a month. No justification is required to unsubscribe, which takes one click from any letter.
You may also refer the matter to the Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications/TIC de Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI), the authority responsible for personal data protection in Côte d'Ivoire.
The data processing carried out by this site is subject to the formalities laid down by Act No. 2013-450. The number will be published here as soon as it is issued.
